Anti-Gravity offers all levels of recreational programs. Our structured classes will provide a level system which develops skills, strength, flexibility, aerial awareness, and co-ordination. All of our classes include a proper warm up, physical preparation, Trampoline and Double-Mini Trampoline or Tumbling. Participants can progress from beginner with no experience through our level system. All who display special talent may advance to one of our competitive programs.

All classes are conducted by one of our nationally certified coaches, with an emphasis on basic skills and safety that can be carried outside of the gym into any environment. There is a maximum 8:1 athlete to coach ratio for each class, conducted on two of our state of the art, regulation sized trampolines, our double-mini trampoline, our rod floor and our floor exercise area.

Tumble Tots - 45 Minutes

This program is structured to be a relaxed environment for pre-schoolers and their parents to start jumping in. Parents and children will have some instruction on the trampolines and participate in a child centered ciccuit. This class offers children 18 months - 3 years the oppertunity to play and learn. Kinderbounce & Tumble - 45 Minutes

This program is structured to be a relaxed environment for younger children to begin jumping and tumbling in, or continue from the Tumble Tots program. Participants will start at the beginning of Anti-Gravity's level system, and participate in a child centered circuit. To Register for this course click here

Beginner Trampoline - 55 minutes (Levels 1 - 4)

Introduce your child to the basics of trampoline in a structured class that will help develop strength, flexibility and co-ordination . Work your way through Anti-Gravity's level system in a fun environment that focuses on teaching basic trampoline saftey. Ages 4 - 12. To Register for this class click here

Intermediate Trampoline - Novice & Junior - 1 Hour 25 Minutes (Levels 4 - 8)

Own a backyard trampoline? Want to learn tricks safley? This class focuses on strength, flexibility and co-ordination, for athletes intrested in progressing basic skills into flipping and twisting skills while enforcing saftey rules. Ages 8 - 15.To Register for this class click here

Advanced Trampoline - 1 Hour 55 Minutes (Levels 7 - 10)

This class focuses on continued development of basic skills to more complicated twists and flips. Previous trampoline or gymnastics experience is a requirement to enroll in this class. Ages 10 -16. To Register for this class click here

Rec Challenge - 2 Hours Twice per week (All Levels)

If you have a retired competitive gymnast or trampolinist that would like to continue learning high level skills without the pressure and time committment of competing, this calss is for you! Athletes must train twice per week for saftey and developmental reasons. By invitaion only. Ages 9 +. To Register for this class click here

16 + - 1 Hour 25 Minutes (All Levels)

Want to know why kids love trampoline so much? Come experience it for yourself! These classes will cover basic to advanced skills, strength, flexibility and physical conditioning. Intrested in a shorter day-time version? Gravity Busters 45 minute timeshifting classes are also available ; Ideal for a one hour lunch break!  Ages 16+. To Register for this class click here

Family Class - 1 Hour 25 Minutes (All Levels)

The family class is designed to allow all levels of kids and parents the chance to bounce together. Our instructors work with each participant one on one during their time on the trampoline, which allows us to teach the kids and adults any level they need all at once. Ages 35+.
