Trampoline Policies and Procedures
GO Insurance Fee:
A non-refundable insurance fee of $35 per participant is required yearly at the time of registration. Gymnastics Ontario Insurance is applicable to all member clubs. Insurance can be used throughout all clubs between July 1st and June 30th of the program year. The club will provide all bouncers with a membership card and number for use throughout the season.
Payment of Fees:
Tuition must be paid by cheque only; a first payment of first and last month plus registration fee is required at sign up. Also all post dated cheques dated the first day of each month (Oct. 1 – May 1). All information must be received upon registration to confirm class time. No class times will be confirmed without receipt of payment information. All NSF accounts will be charged a $40 NSF fees. All fees are in Canadian dollars.
Dress Code:
A bodysuit or snug fitting t-shirt and shorts and socks must be worn to all classes. All participants must have hair longer than eyebrow length tied up for their safety, male or female. There is absolutely no jewlery, watches or jeans allowed in the gym. Please tape Medic Alert bracelets. Failure to wear appropriate attire will result in the participant being asked to sit out the class.
Attendance and Lateness:
All classes will start on time, regardless of the number of participants who are late. Any participant who arrives late will be required to complete a proper warm up before being allowed onto any equipment reducing their time on the trampolines. Please contact the club if you will miss 2 or more consecutive classes so that staff can assist you with scheduling make ups.
Care of Participants:
Parents are not permitted inside the gym under any circumstances as they are not insured by Gymnastics Ontario. The club is not responsible for providing before or after class care for participants. Parents with participants under the age of 5 must remain in the viewing area during the classes. Participants are not to be left at the club for excessive time periods before or after their classes.
Injuries:
Parents, legal guardians of minors, and participants waive the right to any legal action for any injury on club property resulting from normal gymnastic activity or any other activity conducted by the participants before, during or after class time.
Withdrawals and Refunds:
There is an 8 week minimum for all classes. One month notice from the 1st of the month is required to discontinue any classes. Withdrawal must be done in person and will not be accepted over the phone or via email. Withdrawal must be done at the club with the supervising coach, not necessarily with the coach of the class. Withdrawal must occur within the first 7 days of the month. No withdrawals will be accepted after May 1st of the program year. To withdrawal from classes a parent or adult student must:
- Inform the club administration in person, and
- Complete and sign a withdrawal form provided by the club office.
All unprocessed payments, dated after the one month notice period, will be cancelled. No refunds will be given for registration fees. Credit only will be given for any classes missed due to illness or injury. A medical doctors note must be provided. Anti-Gravity Trampoline reserves the right to terminate classes to any participants without notice. In such a case a refund for unused lessons will be given. Payment plan discounts are based on full 37 week participation in classes; as such less than a full 37 week committment for any reason negates any payment discounts.
